About Shivali:
Shivali shares her take on the Eastern philosophy of consciousness through her music, inspiring people to feel more connected with themselves. Her global performances have been witnessed by over 1 million individuals across more than 500 live events, including performing at the House of Lords, hosting the New York Indian Film Festival and speaking at Harvard Business School.
Shivali was first signed with Sony Music India at the age of 22, releasing her first sell out album The Bhajan Project. She followed up in 2012 with her second album Urban Temple. Both of those records reached number one on the iTunes World Chart, amassing over 60 million streams and downloads.
At just 23 Shivali was nominated for two Global Indian Music Awards, for best debut and best fusion album.
In recognition of the impact of her first album in February 2023 Shivali released The Bhajan Project 2. It has been positively received by critics around the world, delighted her loyal fan base and enraptured new listeners. The Bhajan Project 2, and Shivali herself, have been covered by the BBC, Rolling Stone, Music Unplugged, IndiaWest Journal and more.
Since 2021 Shivali has collaborated with the leading meditation app in India called Thinkright.me, and has devised and presented a meditation programme called ‘The Power Of Visualisation: A 7-Day Journey.’ Her life story forms a chapter in the book ‘Voices from Gujarat’, a set of empowering stories about 21 British Indian Women.
Shivali provides a deeper purpose to motivate others into a higher level of living.
