Visualize Book Club

Step into the power of your mind with our 5-week book club exploring “Visualize: Use the Power of Your Imagination to Create What You Want in Life” by Maya Raichoora. This uplifting and accessible guide blends neuroscience, personal development, and real-life stories to show how the simple act of visualization can shape your reality – no prior experience required.
Together, we’ll unpack Maya’s four-step Visualize method, learning how to tap into imagination, set meaningful intentions, and rewire thought patterns to align with our deepest goals. Each week, we’ll explore a new theme from the book, reflect on practical exercises, and support each other in applying visualization techniques to our own lives.
You can purchase the book at Barnes & Noble and Amazon.
There is a recommended donation of $10 per session – all proceeds go to the temple.
