One Simple Thing Book Club @ BSGT

Join us for a five-week journey through “One Simple Thing: A New Look at the Science of Yoga and How It Can Transform Your Life”. In this book, yoga teacher and author, Eddie Stern weaves together ancient wisdom and modern science to explore how simple daily practices can have powerful effects on the body, mind, and nervous system. Each week, we’ll explore concepts from the book and reflect on the practices given. Let’s discover the power of “one simple thing” – together!

There is a recommended donation of $10 per session–all proceeds go to the temple.
